SHIPPING: 

Your items will be shipped First Class with tracking included.

SHIPPING LIABILITY: 

Once the package has been registered by USPS, Mulberry Laine's Craft Room will not be liable for any lost or damaged packages. Please be sure that the correct address is entered. If you believe your item was damaged due to any NON shipping related issues, please let us know within 24hrs of delivery via email. 

Should there be any issues with your shipment, please contact your local postal office. Please be advised, First Class mail does NOT include insurance. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
