Shipping & Returns


Your items will be shipped First Class or Priority Mail through United States Postal Service and will include tracking information. 


Once the package has been registered by USPS, 3B Treasures Co will not be liable for the shipping and delivery process. We will not be liable for any lost or damaged packages. Please be sure that the correct address is entered. If you believe your item was damaged due to any NON shipping related issues, please contact us via email. 

Should there be any issues with your shipment, please contact your local postal office. Please note, you have the option of upgrading to Priority Mail at an additional costs in order to obtain insurance for items purchased. First Class mail does NOT include insurance. 


Due to each item being customized, we do not offer any returns or exchanges. If you believe there was an issue with your order, please contact us via email. We're happy to assist!
